Ordering Terms and Conditions

eMedical shops (and it's world of websites) are a division of Nine Oaks LLC. This transaction will show up on your credit card statement as a charge from Nine Oaks LLC.

eMedical shops (and it's world of websites) accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Purchase order will be accepted after successfully completing our credit application. At this time we do not accept any orders outside of the US and Canada.

Using your credit card through our secure online processing is completely safe. When you use your credit card to shop with us, rest assured that the transaction is safe and secure. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology. This technology safeguards your personal information and guarantees privacy.

Sales Tax
eMedical shops (and it's world of websites) does not charge a sales tax for merchandise shipped into the sate of Oregon. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to report any sales tax due for merchandise shipped to other states that have a sales tax.

Liability for Concealed Damage
If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, non-access or the customer refuses the shipment; the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Customer will be responsible for checking shipment for any damage prior to signing for shipment. If packaging looks damaged at all, even the slightest, customer is responsible for noting it on the freight bill prior to signing for it. This is the only way a “concealed damage” claim can be made. Failure to sign a delivery receipt as damaged and/or with missing parts removes eMedical shops (and it's world of websites) and the delivering carrier from any liability. eMedical shops (and it's world of websites) policy is to replace parts free of charge whenever this situation occurs as long as the damage is noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. eMedical shops (and it's world of websites) will not be held liable for any freight damage. Freight damaged items cannot be returned for any reason after signed for.

Return Policy
Supply items carry an 100% Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return any supply item within 30 days from date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (this does not include your original shipping fees or any return shipping costs). Due to the inherent biohazardous risk associated with blood collection, there will be a 30% restocking fee to cover mandated replacement of required components. All custom built products cannot be returned.

If we shipped something incorrectly please notify us within 5 days to arrange a quick resolution. We will of course pay for all extra shipping charges. Please send us an e-mail with your order number and the details of the incorrect shipment.

Canceling an Order
We want to make sure you’re happy with your decision. You can cancel your recently placed order as long as it has not been processed y us; no questions asked. Most orders are processed the same day they are received. Orders are not considered canceled until you have received a cancelation email from us. Please check your order over carefully prior to placing it; it is not possible to stop a shipment that already has been processed.

Backorder Information
Occasionally, items may be backordered by the manufacturer. We will make every effort to either display this information on our website in real time. If your order has been placed we will notify you of the expected date and allow you to change your order to a different product or cancel it completely with no charges to you.
